Matador Field Services is a Real Estate and Right of Way firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with additional locations in Rockport, Texas and Lamesa, Texas.  Founded on the premise that the key to a successful right of way acquisition project is the real estate valuation component, its founders have a wealth of experience in the real estate appraisal industry.  This includes property appraisals, appraisal reviews, and appraisal litigation support.  Additionally with the project management experience we have gleaned over the years from partnering with other right of way firms, our emphasis on valuation has proven to facilitate property acquisition possession in a most timely and fair manner.
